River of Our Return

After the death of her husband, Hattie Clark finds eight year old runaway Toby, who has risked the Salmon River wilderness to find his gold-mining great uncle, Afton McCabe. When McCabe rejects the boy, Hattie decideds to brave the wild river to return Toby to his father.
