The Jakarta Plot

The heads of state of the worlds most powerful nations--the United States, Russia, Japan, Great Britain, Germany, & France are meeting in Jakarta to issue a joint declaration to the Chinese goverment. China must stop its nuclear testing or face strong sanctions from the World Economic Council.
