Turned Innocence

In the dark shadows of night he lives--Alexethre Roistkauff, master of seduction, seeker of lives, herald of blood. For centuries Xethre has lived off of the lifeblood of others. He is a vampire and his existence can only be sustained by human vessels. Time knows no end for the dark horde, and Xethre longs for meaning and peace. But the vampire knows that peace can only be found in blood. But a sudden request by the Vampire Council throws Xethre's orderly routine into havoc. Xethre is to seek out Sheridan Duskul, a nightclub singer, whose angelic beauty brings him low, and convert her. The moment Xethre spots Sheridan at a seedy nightclub he knows--this is no vampire convert, but an angel, pure and full of grace. It is not wise to defy the will of the Council, but how can he bite the woman who may save his soul?
