Eye of the Storm

Someone does not want private detective Aija Jallay to investigate the death of her friend, Carla. So much so that they send a cop out to warn her away. When Aija persuades police detective Jerry Miller that Carla's death was no accident, they're both framed for another murder. Staying alive is difficult enough. Solving the crime is harder still. But for damaged Aija, the hardest thing may be spending so much time with a male.
