Felicity's Folly

Twenty-three-year-old widow Felicity Rhoades intends to become a woman of independent means by taking in boarders at her late husband's estate. When her guests all turn out to be eccentrics she realizes something odd is happening at Rhoades Arbor and it may lead a landlady and a certain captivated lord to love.
