Dawg Eyes: Still Top Dawg

Randall and Jay, two teenage angels still getting used to their wings, are returned to Earth by God as a collie dog (Dawg Eyes) and a parrot (Chipper) to perform yet another good deed. The antics begin when Randall and Jay must find a way to educate the good citizens of a farming community about the importance of preventing the overpopulation of dogs and cats.
