Blood Angel

Angela Harris is born into poverty to a mother who doesn't love her. Her life changes at the age of nine when she says a few words to a mysterious stranger on her neighbor's balcony just before she discovers that the man killed himself. After that night, she never quite feels alone. She struggles to make a life for herself but it all comes apart when her guardian angel reveals himself.
