Having accepted as fact that she is destined forever to be a screw-up, Jodi Swanson decides she might as well be a misfit in a location she loves--Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Loading everything she owns into her ancient Ford Econoline Van, she heads into the unknown during the wee morning hours under boiling storm clouds.
