Sea Ahead, The: From Cape Wrath to the Riviera on Foot

What would you do if you suddenly had all the time in the world? For Shally Hunt and her husband Richard, one week at home was enough before they set off on a 2,300-mile walk, carrying their simple needs on their backs. The couple camped in some of the wildest and loneliest places in Scotland, encountering searing heat in Lorraine and the Vosges and witnessing violent thunder storms in the High Alps. Along the way they met some fascinating characters, such as the medium with a penchant for local liqueurs, and the man who completed the Tour des Alpes Maritimes on one leg.
