1938-A young Irish American history graduate takes himself off to Europe and is fascinated by the vitality of the young people in Hitler's Germany. Motoring on a hot afternoon he interrupts an armed robbery and rescues a beautiful girl. When her father enlists his help with the consequences of the robbery, he is drawn ever more deeply into the Dictator's web, with violent and unpredictable results
