I Killed The Black Dahlia (The Telephone)

Elizabeth Short, infamously known as "The Black Dahlia" was found on a vacant lot in Los Angeles, brutally murdered and her body was cut in half. The Los Angeles Police Department named no less than 22 suspects, but none were charged with her murder...but was the "tall-thin, paper boy who lingered at the scene of the crime responsible for her murder?
