Me and My Pain: The challenges of living with chronic pain

This book addresses the life-changing problems that pain patients, and those around them, can have on relationships, dealing with the medical community, the harsh realities of access to adequate care, understanding medications and how they are are safely used, the medical nature of pain, suffering, sleep, and so on. Hopefully patients will be more realistic and equiped to deal with the pain.
