A Questão da Nacionalidade Portuguesa dos Cidadãos Nascidos no Antigo Estado da Índia e dos seus Descendentes

Goa, DamÃuo and Diu were Portuguese territories till the 21 December 1961, when they were occupied by the Indian Union. Portugal has recognized the occupation only in 1974, by a treaty. The persons born in those territories till the 3th June 1975 are Portuguese citizens and, now, European citizens.
