It seemed like a good idea; the rent was cheap, the neighborhood was familiar, and I needed a place right away. I paid the first month's rent, signed the agreement, and moved in. What I didn't know, what I wasn't told, was that the place was haunted. People had died there, things were not what they seemed, and frightfully, the shadows moved.
