The Chance of a Storm

Warm and humid with the chance of a storm. That was the weather forecast for Christmas Eve in 1974. Oh and there was a cyclone warning for coastal waters around Darwin. But we'd had cyclone warnings before so why should we let Cyclone Tracy spoil Christmas?
