The Integrity of Aberration

Can a pornographer have "moral rights"? Under universal copyright law, indeed he/she can. Yet film censorship law in Australia is such that the pornographer's rights are indeed being violated, in defiance of UN decree and the Berne Act. Can anyone actually argue in favor of a pornographer's moral rights, with a straight face? Yes indeed!
