Rope Streaking

Streaking: the act of running naked, except for shoes, in a public place. Except that when they resurrected the tradition, the girls from the secret college club were in bondage of one sort or another. In a conservative small town, it was shocking, to say the least, and the public displays became more and more extreme as the Sheriff tried to catch them.
