Problems with the US Government Dietary Guidelines

This scientific lecture describes a quantitative theory which suggests deficiencies in the US government's approach to nutrition. The book also contains a quantitative nutritional analysis of foods in the USDA database, with tables of the top twenty five most nutritious foods, the most nutritious food groups, and a new food pyramid. The book, "The Square Meal Diet," extends this thesis.
