A Fear of the Dark and other stories

A Fear of the Dark and other stories is a collection of short fiction and a diary. The diary was kept by the author's father for a few months in 1943 when he turned 21 and left Halifax for army training in England with the anticipation that he would soon be going to active duty. The six other stories explore the anxieties of the next generation in the last quarter of the 20th Century.
