This is a true story about pioneering. Although it occurred many years after most of the province’s farms had open fields, roads and electricity, it still took the same effort to succeed as it did many years earlier. As the story moves forward, the boy becomes a young man shaped by a horse named Baldy and growing up on his Dad’s right arm.
