During the cold war, American and Russian submarines passed through the shallow waters of the Irish Sea and caught on the nets of innocent fisherman, destroying boats and taking lives. This story is one of an Irish woman’s determination to expose the governments’ cover-up after the deaths of her father and brothers and an Irish Naval officer's involvement in her scheme.
