Suzi Chang is a Chinese/Japanese Ninja Assassin who works for the Yakuza. She has come to American to The Black Arts College.
To get to the college she takes the Staten Island Ferry, where she meets John Dee. She falls for John, but almost throws him off the ferry, when he tries to kiss her.
The college teaches black magic, Kung Fu, Crime and Sex. Suzi and John have many adventures there.
