A young telepath, Joshua, is learning about living life on his own. Along the way, he finds his soul mate and fellow telepath, Rebecca. Together they work on how to survive and succeed in a deadly cold war world that does not believe in their abilities. They find out quickly though that there are those out there that have found out about them and want to use their abilities for their own purposes.
