Algernaun Breaux is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and reared in the Calliope Housing Projects; a dangerous tenement situated in the 3rd Ward section of Uptown. After his twin brother, Vernaud, is brutally murdered, Algernaun's spirit is left destroyed and his mental state...unstable.
