According to ancient legend, there are two boys that would be born in China on May 21, 2000. They would be born with the Spinning-Dragon power. According to the ancient teachers, they would be able to master all the fighting arts. When all hope is lost will they be able to use their power to turn into dragon warriors that destroy the evil Japanese emperor who seeks to use them to rule the world?
