Bingo Elkins, ghost about town, is back, and his sunny disposish is being threatened like never before. The society of The Black Foot is out for revenge, and while his brilliant executive assistant recovers from a nefarious assassination attempt, Bingo must toddle on with the help of his eccentric friends.
