Bounty hunter Melanie Banks is now the one being hunted, by bombers that don't care about collateral damage, be it buildings or people. After she's released from the hospital from the first attempt, she goes on the run. Eventually, she partners with an ex-special ops agent to find the bombers and take the fight to them.
