This Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) independent training course manual from the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) is designed to provide training on the Incident Command System (ICS) to healthcare professionals whose primary responsibility is emergency management, to include middle management within a hospital or healthcare system.
