After waking up hung over in a ditch, down on his luck 19 year old Colin unwittingly runs into an infamous secret agent. Their chance meeting begins a chaotic series of events that sends a very confused Colin, and several odd-ball companions, on a bizarre quest to save the world (and Colin's ex-girlfriend) from conniving penguins, hell bent on world domination.
