from a lecture series consortium in outline form from nearly 80 sources, compiled by the Services Academy of Patrick Air Force Base(Bert Palmer Memorial Lectures) for the Armed Forces Institute and taught to thousands by Bert, myself and others. Video tapes were made and distributed,Bert went all over the world lecturing this title, I took it over from the Academy when he died in 1998. This material reveals how to establish a life yourself by what you decide that satisfies your determinations, grouping in synergy with others, for the betterment of any personal worthwhile advancement in society.
