Mitch’s case of “love at first sight” following his brother’s wedding is foiled when he discovers that the object of his affections, Frieda, is already married to the love of her life. But, the tragic almost romance doesn’t end so simply. Through an untimely death, Frieda finds herself single again. The two would-be lovers begin an impromptu road trip through the Northeast in search of love, healing and the meaning of life.
