Specious Nephew-Amazing Gracie Mystery Series

A stranger shows up for Moser Mansion's Rest Home For Women's owner's wedding. Molly Moser told the residents of the retirement home they could invite anyone they wanted to ask. Melinda Applegate didn't know if she had any living relatives so she put a request in a newspaper for relatives to contact her. Soon a letter comes from a man claiming to be her nephew. She invites the man to attending Molly Moser's garden wedding and he shows up. Right away Gracie Evans is supecious of the man's intentions. When the man hangs around with no sign of leaving soon, she tries to warn the other residents. They think Gracie is jealous because Melinda is spending all her time with Jeffrey Armstrong. At the same time with Molly gone on a month long honeymoon all sorts of things are going on that aren't to Gracie's liking. Moxie McEntire turns the mansion's first edition library into a city library. School kids are trapped in town during a blizzard and Molly had signed up to be a snow home. Gracie is beside herself trapped in the mansion with a bunch of kids and Jeffrey Armstrong. When the naked man statue disappears, Gracie calls Sheriff Logan to come to her rescue. Gracie is sure that Locked Rock, Iowa is never going to be the same after this crime wave.
