TO MAKE A KILLING is a novel about an occult family that makes a deal with the Prince of Darkness. The Prince of Darkness can shape shift into the Princess of Darkness, a snake or just about anything else. So can the other demons. Deals like that always turn out badly for the humans involved, even if they do bring some temporal treasures and pleasures to the humans.
