"And Gulliver Returns" Book 6 Our Psychological Motivations

In Book six of the series Gulliver and his friends discuss with Dr. Charles Chan, a psychologist the University, some of the psychological motivations that might direct our behavior. Dr. Chan emphasizes our need for power over our lives. He lays out in rather simple terms some of the drives and needs of people that will probably make it difficult for them to change their ideas about population control.
