The Perfect Pair

Abby, a young woman left alone on a dying ranch seeks a mustang herd to fulfill her father's dying dream. Lone Wolf, a Cherokee brave was after the same mustang herd to revive his tribe's dwindling horse herd. An accident puts Abby in the path of flying hooves, rampaging bodies, and ultimately, true love. In this warm short story, Abby, a young women left with a dying ranch, finds herself in a Cherokee tribe's camp after a mustang round-up goes awry. During her recovery, she finds herself falling in love with the tribe, the culture and her savior, Lone Wolf, a Cherokee brave. After her recovery, she finds herself in the position to help repay the people who saved her life and bring a struggling tribe back to its former strength and glory.
