American Romance

A widowed American man is flown to India for a possible arranged marriage with a pure and beautiful young artist, but when he comes back to the states, he meets a sexy stripper who is more his age... and thus, must make a difficult choice between the two.

This love story screenplay starts in the summer when Harry Hughes is flying to India with his Indian boss Faz who hopes to set him up in an arranged marriage with his cousin’s daughter Anu who is a beautiful and talented young artist. After arriving in Faz’s hometown of Patna, India, a spark ignites between Harry and Anu prior to his departure back to America.

Harry arrives back to his Ann Arbor, Michigan apartment just in time for his 30th birthday party where a blue-eyed blonde named Cindy rocks his world. She’s an elementary school teacher by day and freelances as an exotic dancer on weekends. She's much more savvy and sexy and an undeniable physical chemistry ignites between the two.

Thus, the love triangle begins.

The tension mounts once Faz buys himself and Harry tickets to fly to India during the Christmas holiday to finalize his business deal with Anu's father... which is when Harry must decide soon what direction his life will head.
