The contention was that the public always seemed to wake up to correct the path in alternate directions. The author’s contention is, “Yes that is true – but the pendulum swings were too wasteful for the good of our nation.
The study concerns “our earth to the boiling point” in the year 1993. The first act provides an analyze of our Constitution for the governments proper role. Sadly, many shortcomings were discovered. Examples included the government’s lack of checking the constitutionality of laws before enactment. This effort is totally missing.
