Carmel Rose

Carmel Rose is the story of a woman as she experiences terrible loss, discovers the truth about herself while running from a military general bent on recapturing and torturing her. She is aided by a group of vampires who not only save her but also assist her in rediscovering herself, learning about her past life before becoming an alien hybrid. She is faced not only with the challenge of escaping but also rebuilding her life.

The vampires are a family coven that have chose an alternative type lifestyle and are often judged based upon this lifestyle. They are neither good nor evil but simply souls with their own challenges and issues to overcome.

If this book is well received this may become a series of books not just involving Carmel but also other characters within the story.
