END OF THEIR ROPES

At some point in time, we all reach the ends of our ropes. A very small percentage of people actually have nooses at the ends of their ropes. That was the identical fate of the two men in this story. One of the ill-fated deserved it. One did not. But they both had to suffer it. The innocent girl they both wanted also suffered an outrageous fate.
