A Math Lesson on Cascade Mtn (Hey, this map's in Metric)

This is a short story about a hike up Mt Cascade, in the Adirondacks of NY state. The interesting thing is that the author has Parkinson's Disease, but he makes the attempt anyway. Accompanied by only his 12-year-old daughter, it becomes a real bonding experience for the two of them.
