Jerry and Paula have a problem. Jerry sits around naked with his socks on and won't go to work. A visit to the doctor is in order. Is Jerry physically sick or is his condition something far worse? This concise tale, what seems to be the author's bizarre version of "The Metamorphosis", is also a classic example of how to handle multiple viewpoint in a short story.
