Newly-single-again- attorney Annie decides to make a U-turn on the road of life and simplify, but apparently simple isn't in her nature and her life makes a few twists and turns after she returns to her hometown. Just when she thinks she's found her way back to happiness and the life she always imagined for herself, an unexpected visitor from her past comes back to town and a skeleton from his closet shows up on her doorstep with some hard-to-answer questions.
