Patria or Death

A routine visit to Miami turns into a full mission for CIA Agent
Steven Conner.

While following a lead in connection to the disappearance of agents
on the island of Cuba, Conner is ordered to the US Coast Guard
base in Miami, where a cutter has just arrived with two murdered
Cuban migrants and a small package to be delivered only to the
CIA.

The investigation reveals a pattern between current events
happening in the US and events that occurred over forty years ago
in Cuba. Meanwhile, details of an explosion in the presidential
palace in Cuba become headlines, as news agencies try to find out
who is in charge of the island.

Conner is convinced that the pattern he discovered will culminate in
an attack. But with the pressure of commanding a team and the
only information from the island coming from a person that might
not be trusted, Conner must risk not only his own job but the lives
of many to prove it.
