Making HERstory: Womyn Working It Out!

Homophobic discrimination and hate crimes faced by those that identify as gay might have an even greater impact on those African Americans females who proclaim themselves as lesbians and women of authority. Specifically, little work has been done to examine the effect of employment discrimination on the career development paths of African American women. This research study explores the lived experiences of African American self-identified lesbian managers.
