Caylen's Journey

Caylen's Journey is the saga of young Caylen Helms’ life and his many intriguing adventures as he strives to uphold what is right in the world and to defeat evil wherever he finds it. In the first Caylen Helms novel, Caylen's Quest, young Caylen and Lora, his beautifull youthful mother, finally managed to escape from her evil, abusive husband Faris Lubak and their remote Northern home. Having gone off on his own to avoid Faris's abuse, Caylen soon discovers a extremely rich gold mine. Young Caylen's many dreams about an old Indian man and a huge black wolf eventually leads to Caylen and his pet wolf dog Warrior being summoned to the widerness lodge of an old Hopi sage, Sania, who teaches Caylen the use of the supernatural powers bestowed upon him by the Great Spirit Qaletaka during a Vision quest. Caylen, using some of his newly found Powers, then assists the Police in tracking down the evil Faris after he murders a fellow Policeman who has come to investigate the disappearance of a former live-in Indian girlfriend. After the death of Sania, Caylen visits the old man’s home reservation in Arizona where he meets and falls in love with Sania's great-grand-daughter.
In Caylen’s Journey, Caylen and his new wife Aponi build their beautifull new home in Caylen's beloved Northlands. From this isolated home he travels with his pet wolf dog far and wide, utilizing the powers granted him by the Great Qaletaka to bring to justice criminals of every kind.
