Strange and Amazing School Stories

Professor Stowell wrote and illustrated these stories when he was a boy going to schools in West Virginia and Maryland during the 1980's and early 90's. Although his writing and art was edited for digital publication, some of the 'mistakes' were intentionally left in for the ambiance of the story. Remember, kids are people too! The stories were written to be read by kids, and to kids. Although mostly fictional, some stories were based on real classes in real local schools. Names have been changed to protect the identity of all characters, thus making each story entirely fictional. Warning: those that try to apply reality to these stories may get in trouble. This book is dedicated to classmates that have since died.
