Why Worry

George Lincoln Walton, a Boston neurologist, developed, an approach to treating emotional disturbance which anticipated most of the principles of rational-emotive therapy. Walton argued that most neuroses are the product of irrational thinking, and that the only way to eliminate emotional distress is to adopt a rational philosophy of life.
