Everything You Need to Know When Planning Your Dream Home

During my years in the residential construction, I have seen and heard innumerable horror stories. After analyzing those stories, I concluded that most of them should have been prevented if proper planning and thought had been given to each project. Fully aware that home owners in general may have limited knowledge of construction or time to read complicated manuals, I have avoided most technicalities and have included only the bare planning and construction necessities, so that prospective owners may be able to follow and use it as guide. Thus, enabling them to go about priotizing the right steps from designing to construction completion. We all know how tough our industry can be, with all its intrinsic pitfalls, especially those dealing with the perennial conflicts that arise from the unpredictable nature of human egos and personalities. That is why my intention and the object of this book is to coach in how to avoid or at least minimize headaches and show home owners how to succesfully navigate through a project with complete knowledge of clarified expectations. I sincerely hope that this book helps with suggestins and advises enough to encourage home owners to make their dream come true. This book is not necessarily for those experienced in our business, they already know what to do, but for those without experience and vulverable to costly mistakes.
