Stewart and the Legend of Lavros

Stewart and the Legend of Lavros is the second story in an epic fantasy series titled, The Minstrel’s Song. This book being the sequel to Laura and the Ancient Enigma.

Stewart, Laura’s newlywed husband, joins a small expedition into the just-revealed mountain realm at the very heart of the world of Verdenia. The expedition is being led by Quantos, a mysterious and seldom seen apprentice to the Aheemsa, the Master Minstrel. Quantos has enticed a wealthy man by the name of Henrik to sponsor his expedition by dropping hints about crystal caves, gold, and other wealth he believes has been lost for over two thousand years in the inaccessible mountains.

Stewart is forewarned about Quantos by Darrius, Laura’s grandfather, who believes Quantos has ulterior motives for forming his expedition. The exact nature of those motives, Darrius does not understand because no one really knows what might lie hidden up in the unexplored mountain realm. Only Quantos knows what he is looking for and he isn’t telling anyone.
