It gives the author's thoughts on spirituality, and our evolution over the ages. There are suggestions on giving birth and breastfeeding as well as becoming vegetarian. It gives tips and advice for the kitchen and baking, as well as recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.
Through the long years of struggle and learning experience, the author garnered knowledge she now shares with women in general, whether young or 'not-so-young'. It is DOWN-TO-EARTH advice, given with love.
